HKT Teleservices (US), Inc., is taking bold steps to fulfill its mission of becoming the Unparalleled Benchmark for Engagement Solutions. The company is building a state-of-the-art facility in Grove City, Ohio and most recently appointed Charlie Allen to the role of Vice President of Operations. Allen joins HKT after 3 years as a VP of Operations with Teleperformance.

Allen served 9 years in the U.S. Air Force before starting a career in customer experience. He learned the business from the ground up and has held just about every type of job the BPO industry has to offer. Allen will drive operational excellence across the Americas for HKT and serve on the company’s Senior Leadership Team.
“It was HKT’s culture and people that intrigued me,” he said. “The opportunity to be involved with a company that has unlimited growth potential is exciting.”
Allen is known for improving outcomes through positivity and collaboration.
“I simply want to be a part of this team and help out to build a great company for both our employees and our clients,” he said. “I’d love to see us double or triple in size in the next 3-5 years.”
